Recipe Converter

Heterogeneous recipe representations → the canonical .jrf file. One hub, never N² converters: every input becomes the internal recipe model, then the exact AJNV4.3-compatible payload. Recognized today: schema.org Recipe JSON-LD (incl. @graph pages, HowToStep arrays, ISO-8601 durations), plain-text / markdown recipes, whole HTML pages carrying JSON-LD, and the three AJNV4.3 lineage dialects (re-serialized to canonical). Detected lossiness is reported, never hidden.
